2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Our
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon has full body, great balance between fruit,
acid and New French Oak. We blended 10% Estate Cabernet Franc to bring
out the bouquet and add complexity to the finish. This wine will age
for up to 8-10 years. 279 cases produced $24.00
2007 Estate Chardonnay
Our
classic style of Barrel Fermented Chardonnay. We use 50% new French Oak
with very tight grain to produce round full-bodied flavors of rich
vanilla, pear, citrus, mineral and spice. 416 cases produced $20.00
2005 Estate Merlot
This
rich style Merlot and packed with Blueberries, blackberries and Cassis.
Very small crop with intense flavors. Aged in French oak fills in the
long & lingering finish. Drinks well now and will age for up to 6-8
years! Very Limited with only 177 cases produced $22.00
2005 Private Reserve Estate Syrah
Our
Private Reserve Estate Syrah is rich and intense with flavors of Black
Cherry, currant and spice! This big wine will age well for 6-8 years
Only 174 cases produced $32.00
2006 Estate Vin De Casa…
Our classic style Red Table wine this year featuring a blend of 45% Cabernet Franc,
35%
Zinfandel and 20% Syrah. A great wine that has great structure and
balance between fruit and oak finishing with big Zinfandel fruit! Enjoy
with family and friends! $22.00
2006 Estate Zinfandel “Ridge Top”
This
rich and full-bodied wine is packed with classic Zinfandel flavors of
Raspberry & Spice! Produced from dry farmed vines from the top of
the vineyard at 1400-foot elevations. Very limited only 196 cases
produced $26.00
2006 Private Reserve Estate Zinfandel
The
New Private Reserve Zinfandel is big and full-bodied with great
structure and balance! Classic Zinfandel flavors of Raspberry and
framed in French Oak. This wine will again sellout fast! $35.00
